Land Contribution JV
Landowner contributes the site; Marecrest manages the full development cycle; profits shared on agreed terms at completion.
Development Management Agreement
Marecrest acts as development manager for a fee and/or profit participation; suitable where the landowner or investor wishes to retain ownership throughout.
Co-Investment
Equity partner and Marecrest co-invest at project level; Marecrest co-invests alongside and manages the full delivery process.
En-Bloc Forward Sale
Investor commits to purchase the completed development; provides certainty of exit and supports development finance structuring.
