Marecrest's debut Potchefstroom development established the template for the series — walkable to campus, quality finishes, and strong pre-completion demand. All units sold on completion with strong resale performance in subsequent years.

The project was completed on schedule in March 2021 — a result that reflects the strength of the contractor relationships and construction management discipline Marecrest had developed across the Potchefstroom series.
